Hygiene Measures

We’re working closely with our logistics partners to maintain high standards of hygiene and we’re reviewing our processes in accordance with the latest Government and NHS guidelines as they evolve.

CAASTA will be taking the following steps until further notice:

  • Delivery agents will not be shaking hands with any customer
  • Delivery agents will use hand sanitiser on entry and exit of cars and offices
  • Delivery agents will sanitise the steering wheel, gear knobs, door handles, dashboards etc with antibacterial wipes when exiting the vehicle prior to handover
  • If we’re collecting a car from you, we’d really appreciate if you could wipe any contact areas with a suitable anti-bacterial product prior to handover, to protect our team members
