Making an Application
It is simple - just complete our online application form. From the information you provide your dedicated personal account manager will be able to provide you with confirmation of membership. If for any reason you are not successful with your application, they will suggest options that are better suited to your budget and needs.
You have 14 day cooling off period, where you can cancel your annual membership and receive a full refund, during this period you cannot order a car. Once the 14 day cooling off period has expired your will be able to order your car and it will be delivered within 21 days.
Membership approval is subject to a successful credit check carried out by your dedicated personal account manager.
Delivery and collection:
We will deliver your new vehicle anywhere in mainland UK free of charge. Your dedicated personal account manager will call in advance of delivery of your chosen car, to take you step by step through the handover process to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your car and have had the best experience possible. Collection is also free at exchange or the end of your subscription agreement from anywhere in mainland UK.
Managing your flexi-membership:
Our subscription agreements are 89 days long to provide our members with maximum flexibility. Your dedicated personal account manager will contact you 21 days, before this expires. They will present you with all the options available, including swapping your car for an alternative with your chosen level. All our agreements for our members convenience are quick and easy e-Sign subscriptions.
Changing your car:
If members wish to change the car after 89 days. They can either swap it for an available vehicle in the same membership level for no cost or choose to upgrade or down grade to a different membership level. If your circumstances have changed and you no longer need access to a car you can suspend your membership.
One of the many benefits of our membership is that you don’t need to worry about the maintenance of your car. We fully maintain and service the car at our cost and cover fair wear and tear on tyres and windscreens. You are also fully covered in the event of a breakdown with 24-hour breakdown, recovery and @home.
Fines & charges:
Speeding, parking, congestion and traffic offence charges can be very frustrating. You will need to settle this with the relevant authority directly. As soon as we’re notified, we’ll send you details of the charge so that you can deal with it.
Driving your car abroad:
You are welcome to take the car abroad for up to two weeks in any 12 months – you just need to give us notification. You will also have to arrange travel insurance together with appropriate breakdown cover and pay for any maintenance or servicing required when you are away.
